Since my childhood, I have always loved a nice and garnished breakfast table. I have been making my own granola, yogurts, compotes and from time to time jams for quite a while now. At last, I am launching a weekly brunch in Montmartre where I currently live.
So before you hit the Hill (of after, if you are an early riser), I will welcome you in my cosy little flat where you will enjoy a nice filling brunch and a good time around my table.
Here is my suggested menu influenced by all my travels, also depending on the season of the year (note the photo below is only a suggestion re food):
Homemade granola, jams, compote and yogurts.
Frittata with seasonal vegetables and some cheese.
Apple or pear or banana bread.
Fresh bread from my local bakery, butter or tahini and honey.
Assortment of seasonal fresh fruit.
Selection of teas and coffee.
Most produce and eggs will be organic and most things home made. I purchase most of my fruit and vegetables from local organic farmers who are located less than 100km of Paris. Figs and Mirabelles come from my Mum’s garden (15km out of Paris).
I use different flours in my cakes so let me know if you need a gluten free version.
Email me for more questions, or head to Eatwith for available dates, bookings and direct payment.
I look forward to welcoming you soon!
